I'm John Smith, callin on behaaalf of American Diabedic care!!!!!

It felt so great when others shower upon a mantle of snow on my skills of convincing people.. and this added impetus kept me moving on and when it comes to fortifying the art of convincing, i didn't have an second thought , than haphazardly giving a try to the so called " CALL CENTER JOB". There are times where one would be so fascinated about the call center job, at least me after reading CHETHAN BHAGAT's " ONE NIGHT AT THE CALL CENTER".. So there it started

The "innerview" ooops the interview [still obsessed with the American accent]. The interview evoked so much of confidence in me, which led to the insinuation of the real "ME". An Drastic change , a guy deprived of the effective confidence , break the ice , stumble onto something and amazingly adding another feather to the cap in the art of "FLIRTING"

I would say the best part of the call center job was the "TRAINING ON THE ACCENT","American Accent",which imbibes just like that.The term "American" itself creates an vibe , and also makes me flaunt around in the American accent as though its Innate.lol.And If you regret over your own "KUPPUSAMI, KHANDHASAMI" name.... please do join an call center .. You have this wonderful opportunity of naming yourself.I must definitely mention about the accent trainers, My GOD, they are amazing. No wonder ,they are accent trainers...and trust me "ITS NO PIECE OF CAKE". Training was given on both the INBOUND and OUTBOUND calls... And YES , every CSO would love to work on INBOUND CALLS... but as usual , nothing goes our way.

CALLING DAYS:

I was put in the "HEALTH CARE PROCESS", "DIABEEDUS" process as they say.The calling experience was really a good one, I would rather put it as an "MIXED BAG".. where you get to talk to different types of customers.. ranging from funny customers to angry customers to talkative customers to dumb customers and so and on and on. . Its really a big challenge to convince people and by doing so , you must also get used to the magnanimous showering of the F's and B's by the customers.

Though many customers tend to question the integrity of the CSO by asking If we are from INDIA...Giving a reply to that question is the most funniest part. And also the biggest compliment that i ever got was when i pitched for a customer , his wife attended the call.... and when she tried reaching her husband, she said" HONEY , There is someone on the line....I think someones calling you from NEW JERSY" Wow she made ma day.. I was so elated that at last....I sounded American. Was really longing for this compliment

Working at the CALL CENTER was an awesome experience, that is why I call it as an MIXED BAG. Training period was just an extension of the college life and once the honeymoon period was over, it was quite annoying to take calls. But but but, rather than being idle at home, its definitely a wise option to Experience the fun at the CALL CENTER.CHEERS

ECSTATIC!!!!!!!

A week before the Day, the whole world was wretched in the sorrows , stranded with memories.. and even decided to eschew the B'day, which would have been the biggest mistake . Thanks to speedo for making me really THINK , which emboldened "When you are striving to over come things , face the hurdles than avoiding it ",Which makes absolute SENSE.

The Ferment was right ON from the second the clock ticked 12, Wishes from all the dear ones.. and the most rollicking moment was when chandler and GRE turned up with the B'day cake a week before, believing the whopping banglore story .But it was a real opportunity to know who they really are. Awesome Dudes and it is also really nice to freak them out at midnights with some scary messages . Lol . School friends are really really amazing , that i feel I'm lucky to get the best of the lot. Be it Gre Chandlr chum infy hp bm lyca or .. or .. or AK.. All u guys are really special . Though AK completely forgot ma B'day!!!!

The biggest surprise was the gift sent by PRITAP, which was truly a surprise. Never expected them to do that ... as they are miles apart. There have been no B'days without the wishes of ma sister. It was truly amazing to see the gift from them .. that too when i really miss them:(!!!!

The B'day would have never been so special if ma friends were not there with me the whole day.Completely gratified with all the planning and stuffs. Wat else could i expect for??? When ma best friend turned -has- up in an clown dress just to make us laugh...kudos clony!!! Kanth made it so so special and especially the gift he designed , would treasure it for ever. It was nice to see MadD quitting a day and being with me the whole day, which really meant a lot., cts guys , ibm guys infy guys and..Many couldn't come and some didn't want to come. But the wishes were really great!!!Wishes from Allsec friends were really special .

The most touching moment of the day was the drive back home.Of course how could the day end without the happy tears??? and here it goes.. No matter what, Just Bank ON attimON and she will amend the damages. After all the dodging , couldn't escape ... I was shell shocked to see the cake in her hands.. just to make me happy.. really was dumb struck and didn't know to react too.Its truly amazing to have such sweet friends in the life.U guys are the best and I'm very very sure that Chicago is badly missed by the whole gang, but as said.... distance can never dilute friendship, .

All have been so so so supportive at all my good times and bad times .Especially GRE, Chandlr,speedo , chum , attimon , infy , kanth , clony ,chicago, jan etc etc etc .Love u guys. Missing everyone!!!!After all the difficulties and the hard feelings , that i had to go through for quite a long time , 26/11/2009 would be THE DAY , that will be reckoned as one of the Happiest days and MY BEST EVER B'DAY.God's have been kind to me by giving the most prodigious friends . And as a common link to all ma post. This blog is also dedicated to all ma friends:)

FRIENDS Are Always Special!!!

The only soul who expects nothing out of you!!! The one who renders any sort of help at any instance.I am proud and lucky that I have the best "lot" of friends one can ever have . There are many funny moments that happened in school life.. But if you want me to put them in a single blog.. certainly its impossible!!! Even the anecdotes of those funny and sick moments would require a pile of register . I am sure everyone still feels that SCHOOL DAYS are the best ... Likewise i do . But obviously College days are the Happiest . And definitely both SCHOOL and COLLEGE days are nothing without Friends...!!! The best thing is they are with us in both the UP's and DOWN's of life.

As i said school days were the best. There are many instances Which one do you want me to put here....??? Should i mention about the red face which i wore on my first day to PRE KG? or should i mention the kiss which i gave to my fellow class gal in LKG? or should i mention about the bubble gum which i stuck in my class gals hair? I am confused!!! There are many instances... I still remember the complaint which my Class teacher in 2nd std gave ... " This guy tore the attendance register" he he .Andthe ANGLO-INDIAN teacher whom we sighted in our 4 th std . and what not ? I did all the craps in school .It goes on and on !!!!

I remember the common promise which every gang in 12th std make like " All of us should score good marks and get seats in the same college " But wait did that happen ? and Thats LIFE . Nothing is permanent except changes . We move to different colleges and meet different friends . Its all an innate feeling that bonds the relation between . And making a gang is the best part of college life ! College[ depends on college] is the only place where fun is unlimited . And luckily my college is one where we can have fun to the core . Conditions apply . Want to know about the condition? Its obvious, forget about the INTERNALS . If u dare to pass with your theory mark.... Then your the KING!!!!

Everyone of us will have a bitter moment in life, which we remorse .. But it happens man , What are friends after all? To share our reds and blues . And y do friends Break then? think!!! may be its b'coz of the disparities that we feel . Or may be when circumstance changes a friend. So breaking the ultimate solution? Complete stupidity!!! Its with the dear ones we fight and there is no harm getting back to them . To Err is human, " If FORGIVING IS HUMANITY? THEN I AM HUMAN AND IF APOLOGISING IS GODLINESS, THEN I AM CERTAINLY " THE GOD"" . Lets forget and forgive, after all they are our dear ones . What are friends after all, So no hard feelings .

Where ever we go and what ever we are.. Friends will be with us forever... But wait!!! Is that all true? If u find them, U have won your friends . We move to places and meet new ppl, But not all become close ones ! Its all an innate feeling that makes u close .No one is perfect , each have their own idiosyncrasies . So understanding plays a important role . So understand your friends and enjoy life . I can't imagine how my life would have been all these 20 years without friends...!!! Thats the biggest gift one can get . Lucky to have you friends .
